Bad service!!!

<p>I placed a order on the 27th of November and paid for it an my delivery date was then scheduled for the 12th of December now the 12th of December came and is over again and still no delivery....then i get an sms from them to say my order is delayed by one day...ok now that 1 day is also over again and still no parcel!and no sms or appoligies or even a phone call to appoligise! but my husband orders something on the 9th of December and that was delivered to the same adres on the 12th of December....so how do they work out the scheduled deliveries? i mean cant they see that there is a few parcels for the same adres and deliver all together? Then i placed another order last week that is scheduled for delivery on the 20th but i think that christmas gift will only be here after christmas seeing that all my stuff is delayed! no thank you i think i will skip this way of shopping in the future and rather go to a mall where i atleast know i will have my thing before christmas!! poor poor poor service!!!!and this is not the 1st time!</p>
