BAD SERVICE

<p>Take a Lot advertised a computer monitor for R7999 on Pricecheck. When I clicked on it, the rate increased to R10 597.</p> <p>The exact same product is listed at other online stores between R8100 and R8600, which makes Take a Lot, way more expensive. I have a credit of R756 with them, so I really wanted to buy from them.</p> <p>I contacted Take a Lot by telephone and requested that they at least match the price of a different store, but they did not even want to know the detail of the product and said it was on a daily special. </p> <p>Please note: The only reason I have a credit with Take a lot, is because they did not honour my previous order. The list price was incorrect, so they conveniently changed the order in the online wallet to an unrelated item. (I had an e-mail confirmation with the correct item and price). Luckily I was able to cancel it, before it was delivered.</p> <p>Take a Lot could have at least tried to accommodate me, especially since they made a mistake with my previous order.</p>
