Bad Service

<p>I bought 10GB telkom data bundle for my cellphone from takealot. When i tried to activate the voucher it did not work. Contacted telkom who informed me that the code is incorrect they have given me airtime bundle for landline telephone. i logged a return and takealot sends a courier knowing that it was a virtual voucher. I have waited 2 months now only to been told they have cancelled my return request without informing me and they said i must log another. My return number was merged to this number ********** before it was cancelled. Now i have ordered a new motherboard and guess what they again have sent the wrong item(RRN-13a5-2b2c ). i also ordered a R500 playstation voucher which i would like credited(RRN-ab53-aff5 ). So i logged the return and again they send couriers before they have even delivered the voucher. I bought many times on takealot but the service has degraded and is extremely bad. if this is the type of service they are offering now then i will start buying somewhere else.</p>
