Bad service

<p>I made an order for pots that were on promotion,I placed two orders,I immediately left work to deposit after depositing I received an e-mail that the order has been cancelled due to the fact that they haven't received my payment. I didn't understand because it's takes 2days to cancel the order I then called the lady I spoke to said it was cancelled because it's out of stock,I asked her to check the item,it's still available,indeed the item was available,she promised to escalate the matter,I then received emails stating there was an error,I requested them to call the lady I spoke to over the phone told me they won't help I can take it further if if I want to.</p>
