Bad service

<p>So I bought a pack of 4 floodlights from Takealot in March and only got an electrician to install them in June. After all the lights were installed, we turned them on and they all worked. About 2 minutes after we swithed them on, there was a loud pop, and the power tripped. One of the lights were burnt black and had an outwards dent in the reflective surface.</p> <p><br />I requested a return to Takealot so that they could replace the faulty light, but on reception they told me that they needed all 4 lights. Why the actual hell. Do you seriously expect me to get the electrician out again to remove the lights to send it back to you? Do you expect me to live in a cave now with no lighting?</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not send the other lights, unless you are going to send (and pay for) an electrician to come and replace the other 3 lights so that I don't have to live like it's the stone age. This is my second complaint against you this year alone. Keep your business, I am not coming back to you, not even if something I have is faulty. </p>
