Bad service

<p>Please note that the return for this item was initially logged on 23/04. The unit was collected and apparently repaired but when I finally received it back after almost a month, it still did not work.</p> <p>The machine was again picked up on 29/05 and yet again sent back to the manufacturer for repair.</p> <p>It is now almost 2 months since the first repair was attempted and I am still without a machine.</p> <p>I am no longer interested in waiting for a repair. Kindly refund my money immediately as I am not willing to wait any longer for takealot or your supplier to finally provide me with a working unit.</p> <p>Unfortunately, takealot's service had gotten progressively worse in the last year and I am no longer interested in dealing with this matter.</p> <p>I thus again demand that you refund my money immediately and I will go elsewhere to purchase a new machine.</p>
