bad service

I places an order on the 18th of may to be delivered on the 22 of may.These products i ordered because they were gifts one for my friend and one for hubby . Didn't receive it Monday i logged a call still nothing today i get to work checking on the order they placed another order the price is different it says awaiting payment.I had already paid for my previous order i will not pay more because those products were on special when i placed the order i feel its unfair treatment.Very disappointed with their service.order Order #***5 Ordered 18 May 2020 Paid 18 May 2020 new placed by takealotOrder #***1 Ordered 30 May 2020Awaiting Payment
