Bad service

I bought 2bar chairs,ofwhich 1 had a missing *****,I returned the faulty and asked takealot to replace it. Guess what they returned same chair not fixed ,just rapped with plastic. I refused to take the chair from from courier guy. I sent numerous emails,no one seems to be willing to help. Since the 06/10 i have been sent from pillar to post. No chair,No refund Only questions via email (MRRN-ZM74E-YYRK)
