Bad service

I ordered a laundry cupboard from takealot. After it was delivered i noticed that parts was missing. I immediately phoned customer service. They told me it would be collected and replace. The cupboard was collected on tje 15 th of October. Up until now i had no feedback only “we are looking into it” that is unacceptable. I want a refund so that i can order from a different store. My return nr is MRRN-7MOVN-W47X. I used to order slot through take a lot. Now no more.
