Bad service

I placed an order with takealot, the delivery was to be done at my work address. My order for some reason was split, which was fine. On the tracking it showed both my orders was out for delivery on the Saturday given it was a weekend I rescheduled for Monday. Monday only one parcel gets delivered but both parcels shows delivered 02 June at 11:26. Getting feedback is an absolute nightmare I still don't where my 2nd parcel is, I have logged a complaint and got no feedback.

Poor service, output at takealot has dropped.
