Bad service

I have since placed an order on the 29th of December and to this date i have not received it,it’s not even shipped.And it’s stationary which i have to take to my kid’s school on Monday,so clearly my kids will go back to school without stationary because i got ****med by takealot.I have never been so furious in my whole life.All i want is my money so that i can buy from reputable stores and fulfil my kid’s needs because you are trying to abuse my kids and i will never allow that,especially with my hard earned money.Cancel the damn thing that is delaying my order and deliver the rest of the things because my children have the right to to education
