Bad service

On the 4th of October I ordered Elephant Pillow and Hot slimming body shaper & waist trainer belt size XL, when the order arrived I realized that the belt is to small then I returned it and request 3XL. They collect the belt and after few days they delivered the same size again, I returned it for the second time and guess what? Still they delivered XL and I returned it again. Today they still delivered the same size XL instead of 3XL. Even the color was supposed to be yellow but they delivered black which I don't mind because my main concern is the size.
