bad service

I bought 8cctv from takealot with some other extra's and after they delivered, I I returned them as I could not use them and I return them with other products I have received my refund but for these specific one I have not received any refund and any update and it has been long going, am the one who has to follow up daily but they still give me run arounds I don't understand what's tug e matter.
