Bad server

I ordered 2 SKE UPS devices from takealot. The wrong brand of UPS was delivered, logged a return with takealot and mentioned that they delivered the wrong product. They collected the package and scheduled a new delivery date for my correct order. A week later they still delivered the incorrect product. The service has been really appaling!
