The order that i cancell that was still at takealot and never left their premises, was send out tried to deliver it 3 times , and still missing in action , was cancelled when delivery date was change 3times . Takealot use and send out to customers cancelled orders , so they take 3week longer before passing your credit . While 1000 of credit are laying in takealot accounts , and by stalling the refunds the accounts run up on intrest of 100 of customers refunds before the refund you . And they keep it to bolster their sale for hi trading month's. .... with resend flood in April we had to woute to insurance the whole house contends and were told to use take alot as primary supplier. Screen shot were taken of all the items were take throught the year . Thier black friday spesial were actually more expensive than their price the advertised throught the year . I got prove of nearly every department. All they did was raise the originally price , and make the discount look huge , when you could find item , not on spesial at same price , or even cheaper for other supplier . Posting will be done on social media just to show how shallow they think the south afrikan buying public is . Call center just have tooth sayers, too plaicified you , apparent urgent dealing with your query or complaint ,mean while nothing gets done and only by constand phoning does anything happen .. Meanwhile you running huge tabs on your cellphone, so end up paying more for the item too . In most cases its loose loose senarion with take alot . Even eventually if items get credit , you spend a fortune , phoning them , and having your blood pressure raised , by answering the same questions over and over . I was in hospital about to go in for surgery and delivery company kept on phoning even after I told takealot , I would be in surgery. Really one step forward and 10 step back !!!!
