Bad sales and unreliable paid for delivery service from Takealot

Bought a fridge from Takealot on 25th July 2025. Delivery date confirmed for the 31st July 2025. Courier FastandFurious. No phone call or SMS. I have followed up with Takealot on numerous occasions in writing as well as on phoneregarding my order. Promises of escalation but nothing happened. Today another failed delivery although I am at address. Now Takealot claims that I requested a return and product returned to warehouse on their system. Highly ********* and trustworthy!!
