Bad review for takealot

We bought a smart watch ZL02 on 8 April 2024. Beginning of September the pin that is connected to the strap keeps on disconnecting. Every time my husband could catch it before it will fall. But on Sunday 15 September - his hands was full and the watch landed on the floor. The screen was cracked. Because it was still within the 6 months warranty - We send it back to takealot. Their reply was they are not going to fix it because I have not reported it within 30 days of purchasing. They are going to dispose of it. So I will lose my money and lose the broken watch. I requested for the broken watch to be sent to me. The supplier Lige has also not rep**** to me. Please email me with the outcome.
