Bad Returns Process Experience

When you make a purchase they take your order and deliver well but when it’s time to make a return you will spend time, airtime and energy talking to an agent who will send emails but get no assistance. Every time you call in you have to explain from the beginning. I’ve taken in a return and they returned it and told me it’s fine. Really!?? I logged a laptop return on the 09th October 2020, today is the 20th October 2020 still no feedback!
