Bad returns policy

Very disappointed in the way takealot deals with its returns. Have ordered from them for the past 4 years, however my last purchase with them was enough to put me off. I ordered a yoga set, upon delivery there was an item missing. I was told to return the whole set. I sent the whole set back, just to get an email stating that they no longer have the set available, and have credited my account. Problem is the purchase I made was on a discounted rate, they still have the sets available on their website but now for R399 not the original discounted price of R229 which is what I paid foe the whole set. Why not just send the item that was missing? Instead you collect everything and credit my account?

This is such poor business honestly. Very very disappointed.
