Bad returns of goods service

So it's Christmas and heck, [URL Removed] offers all these gifts delivered to your door. I order and there is two of one item, I finish the order and immediately request the return as per their call centre. On the 16th of December my kid gets the order and the delivery man from mr. Delivery Benoni drops the order grabs the cash, no invoice just heres your parcel, I call after the guy no luck, call his manager and smsd him, no luck, call centre of mr delivery and takealot.....,they will collect the following day after 5pm, nothing no call just confirmation that they will come on email.....xmas comes and goes and i log a query, i get told, sorry, they did try and call me three times for the return. Heck its the 10th of January after I logged a new return, guy comes as promised, no cash, they only give credits..,,what the **** should i buy from you if you keep getting it wrong, i dont want credit, i didnt give you credit, i gave you cash!!!!!! I want cash back! My right after your delivery service got it wrong.
