Bad returns experience!

Waiting for over 22 days for a return!!

The takealot.com “returns” service is bad and unacceptable and I demand my money back! I returned a Laptop that doesn’t switch on when I need it on and I am still waiting for my refund! What if I didn’t have my Dell Laptop as back-up???, a month without a PC!! I logged it on the 6th October and it’s the 30th October 2020 today: Hi Bontle, your Takealot return RRN-49E3-20D5 for order #***6 was collected on 7 Oct at 13:58 from Bontle Mathabatha and will reach our warehouse in 2-3 days. We'll contact you then to confirm next steps.

Your policy stipulates that should a return take longer than 21 days I get my money back. Please advise when I can expect my money back.
