Bad returning service and product from Takealot

I'm very disappointed in Takealot recently. I have three orders now that I'm having difficulty with returning. First, it's a watch's cover case that I returned, I returned both as they were the wrong size, they only credited me for 1. secondly my wife ordered a hairbrush and shampoo combo. only the brush arrived and not the shampoo item. it's a non-returnable product but no correspondence from Takealot. then now recently I bought a braai grid (rooster). after opening it I see the welding was loos in a lot of places. I mean we don't braai every day. the item I returned just came back saying I did not return the product within 7 days. I mean it has not even been used. can anyone help me with a number to call because nobody seems to pick up the phone or seems like Takealot just does not care anymore?
