BAD RETURN SERVICE
I have logged a return on [URL Removed] on the 19th of Feb 2015, Because of the lack of communication I had to email 3 times before the request was concluded on the 12th of March 2015 and I was informed that I will receive a replacement. Thereafter I had to email once more to find out when I will receive the replacement and, on the 24th of March 2015 ,I was told that the replacement will be sent out within 24 -48hrs. I have not received the replacement to date and neither have I received feedback from [URL Removed]

We're sorry for the lacklustre manner in which your return's been processed & will take this up with the returns department in the morning. This isn't close to the kind of experience we aim to give any of our customers & especially not with a return as we know it's already not a great situation when you have to send something back.
We'll get our complaints team to take this up with our returns department & will be in touch to confirm the status & whereabouts of your replacement & will do our best to get this resolved tomorrow.
