Bad return service

Ordered glass screen protectors for 3 of my phones at home. 2 of them came cracked out of the packages. I mailed them to log a return, but their system says I can’t return the product due to it not being delivered yet. Technical problem on their side, emails being sent daily to them, their responces the same every day that they are so sorry about my experience and are working on it, but is going on for 2 weeks now.
