Bad refund service

I ve ordered a 1queen size duvet cover in July. Middle August.. they deliver....a home made...superior king-size....wrong color and with black oil marks. I ask for a refund. Takealot picked it up the following day....but declined the return...ad the 1 pillow case...(which by accident stay behind) and was returned after that... was not in the same bag. I tried to send mails. Called....etc...but with no luck. I do not want something I paid lots of money for...but cannot use....as takealot send it back I phned....and tried to sort thus out...but no luck
