Bad Refund Service

I returned 2 KStar UPS without their cables. The delivery man then fetched the 2 cables that were in the same packet. Now I have only received my refund for 1 UPS and takealot.com staff refuse to pay my refund on the other UPS.

I have communicated with Kim G, Zulpha M, Saarah J etc and my request is continuously ignored.

Please can somebody assist me?
