Bad refund service

I bought a humidifier, 1st one worked 1 night, i did let Takealot know and in 1 day they replace it for me , the 2nd one worked for 2 days and i did let takealot know after a week they collected , and its almos 2 weeks after collection with no refund. As they dont have any idea where it is and what happend as the courier fast and furouis did not give me a receipt..
