BAD refund

I don’t even know where to start. TERRIBLE customer service on returning products .

I sent a product back for a refund but I sent it back late as I had just had a baby and doing a return was the last thing on my mind . And they sent it back to me DAMAGED. I also mentioned to them that the product looked used !

They are now not responding to my emails and I cannot sell my item as it was torn open.
