BAD REFUND

Request a pick up after I got a broken product, the guy came to collect it I asked my money back via the app, They said it will take 2-3 Business days. Then they will contact me. NO Money Back Yet the app state I have been refunded but my bank statements does not agree. Day 10 ****oll Money. but they have the goods. No call center noting.
