Bad Quality Products, Zero Customer Care

I ordered a cover for my girlfriends tablet earlier this year, not only did it almost not arrive in time for her birthday as promised when originally ordered, (luckily after many, many calls one of your agents saved the day) it then broke after barely being used as my girlfriend used her laptop more than her tablet, so I asked for a replacement and was told that there was no longer anymore stock, eventually one of you agents tracked down a black one, considering my girlfriend wanted the pink one and she had to settle for the black one, I was not impressed to say the least, but at least her tablet was safe....<br> <br> Now last night possibly the 3rd or 4th time she has used the tablet since the replacement one arrived, the exact same thing happened!!!<br> <br> I have sent multiple mails but have yet to hear a response, an email would be incredibly refreshing as I work in an area with little to no cellphone signal, so email is best.<br> <br> So please, when can I expect a replacement now?<br> <br> Original ORDER # ***<br>
