BAD Quality Products

Recently I purchased an OZtrail tent from them. Order #***5. When arrived at the campsite I discovered it was the wrong size tent that I received. When setting up the tent I also discovered that some part is stitched together that should have not been. When I put the tent back into its bag, this also broke. Very bad quality. Now Takelot doesn't want to take it back because it's have been 31 days after my purchase. I was told I must take it up with OZtrail themself. But they can't provide me any contact details.
