bad quality products again

<p>I don't know if anyone else has been having this issue with takealot but anything PS4 related I am having huge issues with this company.<br /> <br /> <br /> I purchased these wonderful headphones from takealot about a week and a half ago. and they were working fine for the first 3 times of use. I get home last night looking forward to playing and when I switched them on (fully charged ) they are not working all I'm getting is the static sound. the headset is connecting to the PS4 however just static noise. <br /> <br /> I call takealot and they say I need to bring it to the warehouse and this replacement can take up to 7 working days. this is unacceptable and should be a replacement when collecting the device. I have already been back and forth with the warehouse for 2 weeks ago regarding 2x failed ps4 charging docking stations for my controls that were both faulty. I think that even though I'm saving alittle money through takealot it's becoming more of a pain going back and forth with takealot it's not worth that savings.<br /> <br /> <br /> I never used to have issues but lately it's happening 3 out of 5 purchases</p>
