bad quality products

I bought an airfyer last year its sitting there no longer works, and was told warranty expired .later on bought a tap mixer the hot water is not working ,boghtbit on the 28of February this year was told the warranty expired on the 4the of February ,take a lot must just close down they are selling bad qulitu products i doubt if the products meet sabs requirements
