Bad quality Pet bed - No response to complainants

This low rating is for one item bought recently..

I bought an elevated large bed for all pets for R495 sold by LASA, ordered 31st Jan 2022. This bed just fell apart within a week of our dogs using it. The bed material started to delaminate and stretch, Within a month was totally useless. The dogs which lay on it were small Cavalier king Charles spaniel dogs.

I emailed Takealot about this as well as the third supplier with photographic evidence weeks ago with no reply.

I am generally quitesatisfied with Takealot, but this silence and no action with regard to this item is totally unacceptable and really out of character.
