Bad quality contrl

Unless you're buying an anvil from Takealot don't buy anything that is remotely fragile it will come in a million pieces. i've bought three glass or plastic items and each one was damaged. the last one i went to pick up myself but was still charged R25 for delivery so i'm expecting at least an extra R50 on my refund as i had to drive there twice. Has anybody noticed that its impossible to find an e-mail address for complaint.
