Bad quality

I purchased clothing rails double poles x 2. The stands were very flimsy not sturdy at all. I had a problem with the wheels that would not work properly and next the sides of the wheels came apart. Order was delivered the 22 November and I logged the return the 9 December. Takealot returned the items and refuse to refund as I took too long to return the items.When I checked the reviews for the rails most if it were bad reviews so if we want quality Takealot should bear in mind the reviews and take an inferior product off their shelves. I’ve reported the incident to the Ombudsman but still waiting on the outcome as I was told the dispute is the period I took to return was too long.
