Bad promises

Poor delivery. Ordered on the 27th of December. Parcel was promised on the 2nd of January 2019. Nothing received. Promised parcel again on the 4th of January. Nothing received. When I phoned them they said the parcel only left their warehouse this morning the 5th of January. So I cancelled the order. Their promises is very misleading. I will never order from them again.
