Bad Products, that is not working!

First time I ordered a smart watch had to return it since it was not working, this time I ordered 2 x smar****ches both not working, and the bracelet of the one watch is not for the model I have ordered they have included one wrong side. Then I have to pay delivery for nothing. I will rather go an shop than to ever order items from them.
