Bad products Takealot and no refund

I have purchased a so called fluffed carpet and a shower foot scrub early December.MRRN-T5AWP-ZV97)(Soft Grey Fluffy Rug). Poor poor bad quality not even looked like the picture do not buy this. I received it in a glad wrap wrapping. I returned it twice now takealot tells me I didn't return it in the original wrapping which is nonsense as I received it in something that looks like cling wrap. Up today I have not received my refund. This is wrong as I am a long time buying customer. I want my refund from them. The rug and foot scrub rubber mat was unused and returned in the original box. Do not buy these products as it is false advertising and do not even look like the pictures. Shame on you for keeping my money. Tina
