bad product support

<p>I've purchaced Monster headphones for my son's Birthday. after about 3 months the material came loose from the headsets. We returned the headphones and Takealot replaced the unit.</p> <p>Now after 11 months the marerial is coming loose on the replacement item, Takealot response is that the unit is out of warranty.</p>
