Bad Problem Solving - need human interaction

I’m not sure why I’m bothering to write this review as by the looks of it most of the customer reviews for Takealot are bad problem solving. And that was my case. 4 times they delivered an incorrect package. First email they sent was a wonderful apology. After the second (same wrong package) I even sent them pictures still didn’t get it. They resent the same wrong package twice in one day. Do you you know that if you were able to talk to a human on the other side the problem would have been solved but guess what takealot don’t have humans working for them. Can’t call a call centre don’t have one.... can only email someone.... again four different people handling my problem therefore problem not been resolved as Authur didn’t know I had emailed Martha the picture of correct order. Gosh Takealot you are failing. I eventually got hold of the product from Amazon... what excellent service they gave me.
