Bad people bad service I hate them

Pathetic service. I can't believe I have wasted thousand of rands in this company. I ordered a gift for my baby daughter which was confirm to be delivered on Friday 29th. It's was rescheduled 5 times. I even went to the pick up and hub to beg for my item as the entire family was waiting for this gift and her birthday is today 29th. The manager at the hun refused to help me on both days that I was there. They refuse to make an exception for a desperate client. No empathy nothing. I spend hours and days on calls and no one could assist me. I will be giving a more detail review on other platform. And I will get the names of these people and I will go to other platforms till I make a dent in your company. I have a heartbroken girl that I promised a gift that is literally 2mins away from my house where the takelot offices they can't even manually sign a item out cause there is no drivers but I was in front of them. I would have paid more to get my item l. All I get told that if I really need this I must go buy it in the shop if I want it now.
