Bad overall experience

Extremely dissatisfied with the service of this company. I urgently needed my order at the time the order arrived in our town, however the drivers never call to inform you that they outside your home they just reschedule it for the next day, this is the third day in a row it has happened. We called numerous times, were put on hold for over 20min and when they eventually answer they say they'll personally contact the driver to deliver the gear, but they never do. We also sent numerous emails asking them to call before or even tell the driver to call before, they say they will but they never do. I desperately need the gear I ordered for a photoshoot but can't get it. Id suggest order a few weeks before you need the order.
