Bad order experience

I placed an order using a Takealot voucher on the 8th October and received the payment confirmation with the estimated delivery date. On the 9th October, I received an email, awaiting payment. Went onto my app and it shows the same, awaiting payment. Funny thing is, it is just showing the balance of the voucher. Which means, the amount was already deducted, but im asked to make payment. Please make contact with me as this is unacceptable.
