Bad online service ever ever!!!!

Im starting to believe im the one with this problem for my orders to be delivered after the promised delivery times. 1st order took me about a week to receive and the reason for this was that i wasnt able to take delivery. Second order im told the same thing again and they kept on rescheduling to the next date and im not sure why they doing this to me
