Bad, non existent customer service

I placed an order with Takealot and received an sms friday morning to say that my order would be delivered before 17h00 friday afternoon. I have contacted them on messenger, on email and queried on their help option on their app and there has been no response at all since friday afternoon. Their customer service is atrocious and this is not the first time that a delivery has not been received when they said it would be delivered
