Bad Move

<p>I made an ordered on Sunday evening on takealot and for the longest i can remember buying from them, they have always used Fedex as their delivery service. And i dont ever remember having a late delivery, most of my orders actually arrived earlier than expected. Sms notifications are sent out on delivery day and i received mine this morning that my package will be delivered today(05/07/2017) by 5pm through skynet. Now i waited the whole day for my delivery and as I am writing this review....nothing has arrived. Only another sms around 6pm telling me that my order could not be delivered today, and will be delivered tomorrow by 5pm. Am i now going to wait the whole day again for a package that might not arrive?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this one of those delivery companies that deliver to "townships" on certain days of the week only? If that is the case, is township money less valuable than that coming from suburbs who actually get their deliveries on time? Online companies live and die based on the quality of their delivery service and if this is going to be how things are going to happen with takealot from now onwards, this will be the last time i will be buying anything from them. You can not expect people to just wait for their goods the whole day and then no deliver them and then expect everything to be all good.</p>
