Bad handling of my claim against TakeALot

Good day, I was involved in accident with a Take A Lot driver, I submitted all the details to their branch in Roodepoort to a person called Reward Hlabangane , these were submitted on the 7th November and till today I have been told their insurance company will contact me. This has never happened, when I ask for the Insurance company details to contact them myself I get ignored. I'm very frustrated as I don't have a car currently and I don't know the wayforward.
