Bad follow up and service

I bought three shoe rack from takealot - they all collapsed within days - logged a return but they did not fit into their original packaging - so we boxed everything into another bigger box - wrote on the box that there is 3 9 tier shoe racks inside - the driver who collected was told that all three shoe racks is in the box - got a refund for only one shoe rack and have been battling for more than two weeks to get the lady to answer me about the refund of the other two items
