Bad first time

I had ordered on 2 weeks back and they said it would be delivered before 5pm on the 3rd of June. Before the day ended I tried to reach, within trading hours, Takealot by calling and by Twitter and to no avail. It never arrived. This is my first time buying on this platform and I'm honestly disappointed. I acknowledge the lockdown has caused troubles but communication is key to a successful business.
